RevenueFound is designed around data minimisation. We collect only information reasonably necessary to provide the requested audit or service.
Initial enquiries
The public website does not accept operational files. Initial enquiries should contain only basic business information.
Operational exports
Where an audit proceeds, the service may process business contact information and operational exports such as quotes, invoices, customers, jobs or enquiries. Secure intake instructions are provided separately.
What we do not request for a standard audit
Passwords, bank-login credentials, full payment-card details, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive free-text notes.
Retention
Pilot raw files are intended to be deleted after the stated service retention period unless ongoing monitoring is authorised and continued processing is required.
Model outputs
Recovery probabilities are model estimates, not observed facts or guarantees. Actual outcomes may be recorded in de-identified form to improve calibration and quality.
